Disrespected. I go there for my scheduled service appointment this evening and no one is even there. I didn't even get a phone call from a service advisor letting me know they're shutting down early. I'll definitely find a way to call corporate and complain. This lack of communication and disrespect makes me sick. I look forward to switching to the Toyota service center next door.

Do not buy from this place. They totally ripped us off with a vehicle, taking advantage of us. They will verbally tell you one thing, then in the contract place other information to their advantage. We bought our car with a four year loan and when I got the information from the bank, it was a 7 year loan! That meant that we are paying for an extra three years or an extra 300/month for another 36 months. Not only that, but the vehicle is nearly unusable as the brakes, transmission, exhaust system, air-conditioning and electric system were all broken within a month. Do not go here!
Terrible went in thinking they had the car on the website no car. Secured my own financing it was a problem. Finance guy isn't making even more money from the customer. I refused to use their financing tried to charge extra grand because of it, and I refused. They refused to sell me a car because of it. Thats fine dealerships are a dime a dozen. Got my car w my financing no problem. Wont go back there! Honda Marysville is wonderful highly recommend!

They never responded to my inquiry., not a single word. but they bombarded me with emails of high priced ued vehicles I had no interest in, nor asked about.
The salesperson, whom I will not name because they were just doing their job, I initially worked with via e-mail was helpful and gave me the specific information I was looking for. We seemed to be on our way to a deal, but then I was told this dealership charges $995... that's right, nearly one thousand dollars, to use my own financing. To be clear, for the apparent "hassle" of having to: Write a VIN on a check (writing a VIN on documents is done dozens of times per transaction), registering a lien on the title (also done on many transactions and is completely electronic in this state), and making a phone call to the bank to validate the check (telling the representative the VIN, amount of the check, and giving the dealer a validation code to write on the back). In other words, $995 for less than 5 minutes of additional work over a cash transaction. That works out to over $11,000 per hour! I've been contacting and discussing this purchase with about 30 dealers, and this one still takes the cake.

There are other Honda service centers closer to my home, but none with the exceptional service provided by Hugh White Honda. Their technicians have been well-trained and have done the highest quality work every time I've taken my Accord and Odyssey to them ( since 2004 ). Steve Skaggs ( "my" service advisor ) gives great advice based on his years of experience. I trust his instincts - and I've never been disappointed !
On 6/13/22, I took my vehicle in because the fuel door wasn't working. The issue was identified, a part was ordered, and I was told I would get a call when the part came in (within a day or two). I was charged for the part and 30 mins of labor. If anyone did call, they didn't bother leaving a message. I called on 6/17 and was told the part was in but they wouldn't be able to get me in until 6/23. I arrive around 11am for my scheduled time of 11:15am. I sit in the waiting area for 3 hours while the work is completed. The tech comes to me and informs me that they did not have the part they needed. Not sure if they ordered the wrong part or were sent the wrong part. I was not charged for this 3 hours. Either way, the part that was needed was ordered and I was once again told that I would receive a call when the part came in. Yet again, if a call was made, no message was left. The part came in the very next day (6/24) but I didn't know that until I called the parts department on 6/29. I left a voicemail for the tech because service almost never answers the phone. I got a call back late afternoon and scheduled to have the work done next day (6/30). When the work was done, I was reimbursed about $30 for the parts but then I was charged $30 in "miscellaneous" fees. Total bill was shy of $300. I would like to think a little more of a discount could have been applied seeing as just a few weeks prior to this, I dropped over $1,800 for a timing belt service. Guess customer loyalty means nothing and I'm gonna be taking my vehicle to a shop that doesn't charge over $150 an hour for labor.
I brought my car in for my first service appointment, an oil change. I waited there for the service to be completed. I was told it would take about an hour and 15 minutes and that was right on the button. The only negative comment I would make is that the waiting area is way past due to have the carpets cleaned.
The service department was very busy. I came in to get a new tire, had a screw in the sidewall. It was complete in a little more than an hour, I did not expect that.
The sales & service staff are awesome, They are friendly & professional. My car was serviced in quick time & I almost always get a nice car wash before I leave.
The staff was very friendly accurate on getting car into shop had water and coffee in waiting area restroom was very clean overall pleasant visit.
Completed only the work I requested. Advised of future service needs during my next service visit.
