Their technicians have been well-trained and have done the highest quality work every time I've taken my Accord and Odyssey to them ( since 2004 ). Steve Skaggs ( "my" service advisor ) gives great advice based on his years of experience. I trust his instincts - and I've never been disappointed !

I brought my car in for my first service appointment, an oil change. I waited there for the service to be completed. I was told it would take about an hour and 15 minutes and that was right on the button. The only negative comment I would make is that the waiting area is way past due to have the carpets cleaned.

The service department was very busy. I came in to get a new tire, had a screw in the sidewall. It was complete in a little more than an hour, I did not expect that.
