There are other Honda service centers closer to my home, but none with the exceptional service provided by Hugh White Honda. Their technicians have been well-trained and have done the highest quality work every time I've taken my Accord and Odyssey to them ( since 2004 ). Steve Skaggs ( "my" service advisor ) gives great advice based on his years of experience. I trust his instincts - and I've never been disappointed !
With virtually no new cars on dealer lots we had to order our new HR-V with the dealer. They kept us up-to-date with the process: when it was scheduled to go on the assembly line, when it was finished, when it was in transport, and what day it would arrive.
As always great service & staff from sales to service are always helpful. We have purchased twice from Hugh White. We still have our first, a 2007 mini-van that is still doing its job with 178k miles on it.

I brought my car in for my first service appointment, an oil change. I waited there for the service to be completed. I was told it would take about an hour and 15 minutes and that was right on the button. The only negative comment I would make is that the waiting area is way past due to have the carpets cleaned.
Dave was excellent to work with. He kept us completely in the loop of waiting for our Civic the entire time. We are very happy.
Brandon was very helpful and informative. He took the time to explain the different features of the vehicle. He showed us the different trim packages.
The service department was very busy. I came in to get a new tire, had a screw in the sidewall. It was complete in a little more than an hour, I did not expect that.

Had it towed to where we bought it which costs $175 and found out the next day they did t have a service department . Call Hugh White and they gladly pulled it to their garage and fixed it . Was looking for a new SUV. Found one online that sounded like exactly what I wwas looking for. Called the dealer and told them I wanted to see the SUV. Since it was late into the evening, they suggested I come in the next morning and they would have the SUV available to see. Went in, test drove it, liked what I saw and ended up buying it and drove it home the same day. All of the people we talked to were very helpful and welcoming.

Pulled up, out of car, greeted by scheduler who checked me in. Normal maintenance plus issue with passenger front window catching when closing. 1 1/2 hours later all done. Didn't offer car wash like normal, but that's okay. Forgot my 10.00 off coupon too. Wonder if I can still get a deduction?

We purchased our “new/used” vehicle on Halloween day. Our experience was a little over a week long as we were turned off initially by the first salesman (who was very pushy and a bit argumentative).
